Book Launch of "Building Inclusive Democracies in ASEAN"

November 5, 2015

The Building Inclusive Democracy Consortium, together with Anvil Publishing, is pleased to announce the book launch of “Building Inclusive Democracies in ASEAN” at the 53rd Annual Meeting of the Philippine Economic Society. It will be held on November 10, 2015 (01:30PM to 03:00PM) at the Legazpi Room, Intercontinental Hotel, Makati City.
This book is the result of a seminal cross-institutional collaboration among researchers from the AIM Rizalino S. Navarro Policy Center for Competitiveness of the Asian Institute of Management, the Ateneo School of Government of Ateneo de Manila University, the College of Liberal Arts of De La Salle University, and the National College of Public Administration and Governance of the University of the Philippines Diliman. The specific goal of the research partnership, which started in 2011, is to co-produce and disseminate the latest research and evidence on political and economic reforms in the Philippines and the Association of South East Asian Nations (ASEAN).

The launch includes short presentations on democracy from distinguished speakers, which is followed by a Q&A session, and concluded with a book signing. Cocktails will be served thereafter.

The book will be available in all National Bookstore and Powerbooks branches for Php375 starting November 10, 2015.
